sheer madness...

What a week. Despite 4 of my staff out of the office for 4 of the 5 days in the week, I still managed to kick ass on responsiveness in the face of a mountain of emails received. I even beat the Clear Context average users’ responsiveness
most of the week. Woot! I have reinvigorated my respect for the helpdesk; I don’t miss being in those trenches day in/out.
