Another snapshot of busy... The second in this series, this past week proved to be deceptively busy. Response time suffered significantly. This week’s project delivery timeline and on-site client meeting detracted me managing my workload effectively, increasing a 10 hour average response time ovalmost 1 ½ days! Wow. It does, however, appear the the gap between workload and effectiveness is beginning to shrink, albeit slight, with Friday being especially efficient. I’m working on a strategy to schedule post-meeting deconstructs to systematically delegate and or schedule activities that result from these meetings.
